How Arduino kits reach students – both the kits earned through the challenge and kits bought from the store.
Who receives a challenge kit
Arduino kits for the challenge are shipped to qualifying students only – the top 100 teams per level after the screening quiz. Qualification is announced before dispatch.
Dispatch & delivery
Qualifying-team kits are dispatched by 15 September 2026. Store orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of payment.
Kits ship by a tracked courier; you receive a tracking number by email once dispatched. Typical delivery is 3 to 7 business days depending on your location in India.
Delivery address
We ship to the address provided at registration or checkout. Please make sure it is complete and correct, including a reachable phone number, as couriers may call to coordinate delivery.
Damaged or missing in transit
If a kit arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected window, email hello@getsetlearn.info within 7 days with your order or student details and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or resolution.
Shipping charges
Challenge kits for qualifying students are shipped free. Store orders may include shipping at checkout; free shipping applies above the threshold shown in your cart.
