Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a student's registration and receive a full refund of the ₹199 fee any time before 17 August 2026, provided the student has not yet taken the screening quiz.

Once the quiz has been taken, the registration fee is non-refundable, because the screening service has been delivered.

Email hello@getsetlearn.info from the parent email used at registration, with the student's name. We will confirm and process eligible refunds.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Kits earned through the challenge (top-100 teams) are provided free and are not part of a paid transaction. Kits purchased directly from the store are non-returnable once shipped, except where they arrive damaged or defective – see our Shipping Policy for the damaged-in-transit process.

A store order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. After dispatch, the kit-return terms above apply.
