How can we help?

Answers for students, parents and schools. Can't find it? Contact us.

For Students

Who can take part?

Students in Grades VI to X (ages 11 to 16) from any school in India. A parent or guardian registers you.

What do I actually do?

Take a short screening quiz, then (if you qualify) form a team, build an Arduino project around a real-world problem, and submit a demo.

Do I need to know coding already?

No. The kits and masterclasses are designed for beginners. Curiosity matters more than experience.

What do I get out of it?

Real engineering skills, a working build, certificates, and a shot at the national finale. Top teams also get an Arduino kit free.

Is there a cost to me?

Registration is ₹199, paid once by your parent. Qualifying students receive their kit at no extra cost.

For Parents

How do I register my child?

Go to the registration page, fill in your child’s details and your contact information, give consent, and pay the ₹199 fee.

Why do you need my child’s date of birth?

To confirm eligibility (ages 11 to 16) and place them at the right challenge level. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this data.

Is my child’s data safe?

Yes. We follow India’s DPDP Act 2023: we collect only what we need, never use it for advertising, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete it any time.

What consent am I giving?

You confirm you are the parent/guardian (or have their permission) and you accept our Terms and Privacy Policy. We record the date of consent.

Can I get a refund?

Yes – a full refund before 17 August 2026, as long as your child has not yet taken the quiz. See the Refund Policy.

For Schools

Can our school register many students at once?

Yes. Use the school bulk-registration flow to buy a number of seats; you get a school code students join with.

What is the coordinator dashboard?

A private dashboard where your STEM coordinator sees their own school’s registrations, quiz progress, teams and submissions in real time.

How does the coordinator sign in?

By an email magic link – no password. We email a single-use sign-in link to the coordinator address on file.

Do we need parental consent for our students?

Yes. Schools confirm they have obtained parental consent for participating students at the seats step.

Can we see other schools’ data?

No. Each coordinator sees only their own school’s students – strictly isolated.

Payments & Refunds

How do I pay?

Securely through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net-banking). We never see or store your card details.

What does ₹199 cover?

A seat in the challenge and access to the screening quiz. Qualifying students also get an Arduino kit and masterclasses free.

When can I get a refund?

Full refund before 17 August 2026 if the quiz has not been taken. After the quiz, the fee is non-refundable.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds return to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.

My payment failed but money was deducted – what do I do?

Failed payments are auto-reversed by your bank, usually within a few days. If not, email hello@getsetlearn.info with the details.

The Quiz

How do I take the quiz?

Use the quiz link emailed to your parent after registration. It opens a 10-question timed screening quiz.

What if I switch tabs or leave full-screen?

The quiz monitors for that. It counts as a strike – three strikes end the attempt – so stay in the quiz tab.

Can I retake it?

No. The quiz is one attempt per student, so take it when you are ready and undisturbed.

How is it scored?

Automatically and immediately. You see your score and a percentile against other students at your level.

When does the quiz close?

By 17 August 2026. Take it well before then.

Building & Submitting

How do teams form?

Once 3 to 5 students from the same school and level have registered, one of them starts a team and invites the others.

How do I submit our project?

On the submission page: fill in your project details, paste a Google Drive link to your demo video and photos, and submit. You can keep editing until 15 October 2026.

Why Google Drive links?

So you keep your files and we just preview them. Set sharing to “Anyone with the link”, then paste the share URL.

Who can submit for the team?

Only the team leader can press submit, but any member can edit the draft.

Can we change our submission after submitting?

Yes, until the 15 October 2026 deadline. After that it locks for judging.
